Noah is a customer support assistant for Deckhand. He works directly with fishers to help solve any technological problems they may face.
Born and bred in Wellington, Noah started working with Dragonfly ten months ago and has quickly become well-versed in all things Deckhand.
With a background in hospitality, he brings a friendly and approachable presence to the support team, helping fishers talk through their problems and find solutions.
Everyone’s got a story about technology refusing to play ball, but knowing I can get fishers back up and running, maybe even getting them to crack a smile while helping them, is super rewarding.
